APTMetrics is a human resources consulting organization with a foundation built on a deep understanding of the science of I-O psychology and over 25 years of practical experience supporting Fortune 500® enterprises.

Founded in 1995 by Kathleen Kappy Lundquist, Ph.D., and John C. Scott, Ph.D., our multi-functional staff of psychologists, HR professionals, IT specialists and other experts devise practical solutions to help our clients connect with, assess, select, develop and retain their top talent.

Training Industry continuously monitors the training marketplace looking for the best providers of services/technologies in support of corporate learning and development. This first-annual awardee list is designed to help buy-side organizations in their search for assessment and evaluation partners to evaluate an organization’s knowledge, skills or performance related to the creation and execution of employee assessments and evaluations.

PepsiCo was awarded a 2018 Human Resource Management (HRM) Impact Award for its project, “PepsiCo’s Global Leadership Assessment & Development (LeAD) Program.” The program, developed in partnership with APTMetrics, has helped the company identify and develop internal talent, from early career to senior executives, as well as focus on the future capabilities needed for success.

The HRM Impact Award is an international honor given by SIOPSHRM and their respective Foundations that recognizes organizations with outstanding evidence-based HR management practices. The award promotes HR practices and initiatives that have been measured and determined successful through evidence-based, data-driven analyses.

Dr. Kathleen Kappy Lundquist, President and CEO, is a recipient of the Hartford Business Journals’ Diversity Policy/Advocacy-Individual award. This recognition is given annually to those individuals in Connecticut who are making significant strides in support of workplace diversity.

Kathleen Kappy Lundquist was selected a Vendor of the Year by the Southern Connecticut chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management in their “HR People of the Year” awards competition.

Kathleen Kappy Lundquist is a recipient of the National Association of Women Business Owners’ Woman Business Owner of the Year-CT award. NAWBO is dedicated to advancing, educating, mentioning and empowering women business owners.

APTMetrics is the recipient of the 2018 Bronze Stevie® Award for Great Employers. The Stevie Awards honor organizations of all types and sizes and the people behind them. It recognizes outstanding performance in the workplace worldwide.

The awards recognized that “APTMetrics Prepares Leaders for the Challenges of Tomorrow Through High-Fidelity Simulations.”

APTMetrics is the recipient of the Bronze Excellence in Learning award in the 2018 Brandon Hall Group Human Capital Management Excellence Awards competition. The award honors APTMetrics for its project, “Duke Energy Prepares Leaders for the Challenges of Tomorrow Through High-Fidelity Simulation,” in the “Best Use of Games and Simulations for Learning” category.

APTMetrics is a recipient of the 2018 Silver Excellence in Technology award in the “Best Advance in Leadership Assessment Tools” category for the entry entitled, “APTMetrics Designs Simulations to Build the Leaders of the Future.”

APTMetrics was co-awarded the 2017 Gold Medal in the Brandon Hall Group’s Excellence Awards for Talent Management. APTMetrics shares this award with our client PepsiCo. The gold-award winning submission was a detailed description of the work conducted by APTMetrics’ consultants and PepsiCo in support of PepsiCo’s potential leadership assessment and development initiative LeAD (Leadership Assessment & Development).
