APTMetrics is looking for Business Development Professionals whose innovation, initiative, and commitment to excellence will contribute to the continued growth of our firm. Our goal is to deliver extraordinary service and customized products to our Fortune 2000 clients.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  • Achieve new business development goals by positioning APTMetrics as a leader in our business, offering unique, value-added products and services
  • Effectively utilize resources to identify and contact prospects in assigned territory
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals in assigned territory
  • Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and industry meetings
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers in your territory to identify cross sell opportunities
  • Accurately forecast sales prospects
  • To understand current overall trends in the industry, along with customers’ specific business goals, strategy, financials and challenges
  • Obtain referrals from industry sources to build pipeline of prospects
  • Maintain accurate CRM data related to assigned territory, opportunities and pipeline
  • Develop and execute next-step prospect strategies.
  • Act as key resource and respond effectively to pre-sale questions of prospects and/or internal staff to move the sales process forward
  • Conduct face-to-face contact with current or prospective buyers
  • Self-motivated team player with the following skillset who thrives in a sales environment of entrepreneurial growth and evolving priorities
Candidate Profile
  • A consultative sales professional with 5+ years experience utilizing a complex solution sales methodology
  • Experience selling HR solutions and/or products into the line, VP and “C” Suite level of Learning & Development, Talent Management, HR, Operations, etc.
  • Experience selling into Fortune & Global 500 clients
  • A strong hunter / new business developer
  • Ability to talk cogently with an appropriate level of business acumen and literacy at the “C” suite level
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding annual quota assignments of $1M+
  • Strong relationship building skills both internally and with clients to create long-lasting relationships that foster contract renewals
  • Self-motivated and driven sales professional with strong executive presence
  • Vast knowledge and understanding of Human Capital and HR sales
  • Exceptional communication skills; written, verbal and presentation
  • Proven ability to work successfully from a virtual home office
  • Highly organized; a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment to prospect and develop new business
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong working knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Travel as required
  • Industrial-Organizational (I-O) psychology knowledge a plus
  • Eastern US location preferred due to client proximity

Compensation is commensurate with qualifications and experience, with a base salary range of $90,000 to $130,000 and both individual and team sales bonus potential.

APTMetrics is looking for consultants whose innovation, initiative, and commitment to excellence will contribute to the continued growth of our firm. Our consultants work to deliver extraordinary service and customized products to our Fortune 500 clients.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities of this position include supporting and executing consulting project activities. This includes developing content for client solutions and other project-related materials, conducting and reporting statistical analyses, summarizing materials for litigation support, and writing technical documentation. Individuals in this position also facilitate various types of focus groups and work directly with clients to execute project plans.

Candidate Profile

  • Ph.D. or Masters Degree in industrial-organizational psychology or related discipline
  • One to three years of I-O or HR-related consulting, corporate or internship experience
  • Strong customer focus, project management, interpersonal, communication and writing skills
  • Experience with executing multi-faceted projects in one or more of the following areas: job analysis, selection and assessment, performance management, survey research or training and development
  • Experience with statistical software packages (e.g., SPSS, SAS)
