Why Work With Us

Passion. Scale. Diversity.

Kathleen and John founded APTMetrics in 1995 and are still defining the vision and setting the tone of the company every day. They each lead by example with a gleam in their eye and genuine passion for being the best HR consulting organization. One of the metrics that makes us proud is the number of Twenty Year Service Awards we’ve been pleased to hand out to employees whose early roles turned into successful careers.

We are big enough and talented enough to have provided products and services to more than half of the Fortune 100 enterprises.  And yet we are still small enough that everyone knows your name, everyone makes an impact, and everyone gets recognized for their part in our success.

While diversity is a fundamental tenet of the work we do with our clients, it’s also been a basic principle in the growth of the company. We’re interested in everybody who can bring new skills and ideas to the organization and help us innovate. We are geographically dispersed throughout the United States with a number of central office hubs, and we were running the business on Skype and Teams and Zoom before that became a “thing” in 2020. So you can live anywhere and be part of us.
